On the morning of February 20, 2024, the 2023 work summary meeting of STEC was held in Shanghai. The company leadership team and all employees attended the meeting, which was chaired by the Executive Vice General Manager, Zeng Yizhou.
At beginning of the meeting, the heads of each department reported on the completion of the 2023 work goals from multiple perspectives, including marketing operation, project execution, technological R&D, and internal management. They summarized and analyzed the highlights and shortcomings of the work, and the company leaders carefully listened to the reports of each department. Chairman Gao Yanfei gave comments accordingly, while fully affirming the work performance, specific requirements and improvement goals for the new year have been proposed to address the shortcomings. At the meeting, Zeng Yizhou, Executive Vice General Manager, announced the many technological and building materials industry awards that the company has won in the fields of green "dual carbon" and intelligence in 2023, and commended comrades such as Liu Xiaohui, Feng Kuobao, and Niu Wei for being awarded the list of advanced model workers. At the same time, on behalf of Mitsubishi Business, he gave blessings and sustenance to the company's development.
General Manager Jin Suqing has deployed the company's work for the new year. He pointed out that STEC will strictly follow the strategic policies of CNBM Group and Triumph Technology Group, and combine the actual situation of the company to put forward the following four requirements for the work in 2024: firstly, it should be market-oriented, focus on the main responsibility and business, and ensure the achievement of the annual task of operating performance; Secondly, guided by customer needs, strengthen compliance control and budget systems to improve the quality of company's operations; Thirdly, guided by strategic goals, establish research and innovation project topics for the company, and inject competitiveness into its long-term development; Fourthly, guided by project objectives, improve the project evaluation system and strengthen incentive mechanisms.
At the end of the meeting, Chairman Gao Yanfei gave a concluding speech. She emphasized that everyone should seriously study and implement General Manager Jin Suqing's overall work plan and requirements for the company in 2024.
