On March 16, 2021, Shanghai Triumph Energy Conservation Engineering Co., Ltd. (STEC) held the first meeting of the third board of directors. Peng Shou, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Chief Engineer of CNBM, Chairman of Triumph Group, all directors, supervisors and members of the STEC’s leading group attended the meeting, and representatives of Mitsubishi shareholders attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates. The meeting was presided over by Chairman Yao Dan of STEC.
At the beginning of the meeting, Gao Yanfei, the Director and General Manager of STEC, reported to the board of directors the business situation of STEC in 2020, respectively from the aspects of economic indicators, financial situation, staff situation and reward situation, and submitted to the board of directors the deliberation report of the Company's Overall Development Plan for the Next Ten Years, the Company's Business Plan for 2021 and the Staffing Plan for 2021.
At the meeting, academician Peng Shou put forward five hopes and instructions in combination with the spirit of "two sessions" and the development planning of STEC: firstly, the long-term business cooperation between China National Building Materials Group Co., Ltd (CNBM) and Mitsubishi Japan is in line with the future development direction of China; secondly, Japan has been in the forefront of the world in the field of energy conservation and emission reduction. In order to realize the goal of Chinapeaking carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutralization as soon as possible, the cooperation among CNBM, Triumph Group and Mitsubishi will make contributions to the development of building materials industry through STEC platform; thirdly, STEC insists on taking energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection as its core business, focusing on the field of carbon capture, carbon neutralization and energy saving emission reduction. The company will realize the typical project of carbon dioxide capture in glass production line as soon as possible and will become a benchmark enterprise of CNBM to carry out carbon capture and carbon emission reduction in the future; fourthly, STEC needs to be in the forefront of the industry, continuously develop and promote intelligent operation and maintenance business, laying a foundation for the company to achieve sustainable development; finally, academician Peng Shou hopes that STEC will follow the development of CNBM and Triumph Group, work together to seize the opportunity and make arduous efforts.
Afterwards, Chairman Yao Dan made a speech according to the 2020 annual work report, 2021 annual plan and long-term plan of STEC. Yao Dan believe that STEC will conscientiously implement the development concept of "energy conservation, emission reduction and green environmental protection" put forward by Academician Peng Shou, actively introduce the advanced technology of Mitsubishi, and create achievements in new businesses such as carbon capture and application, industrial intelligent operation and maintenance, so as to realize the benign development of domestic and international double circulation and the simultaneous development of new and legacy businesses.
Finally, Hiroshi Nishino, Vice Chairman of STEC, all directors, supervisors and attendants made speeches respectively. Everyone was full of confidence in the future cooperation between CNBM, Triumph Group and Mitsubishi Japan. Mitsubishi Japan will fully support the development of Triumph Group and STEC, and look forward to the company's further success.
