Sanko Group Bartin Cement Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant (hereinafter referred to as ‘WHRPP’) in Turkey is the overseas EPC project completed by Shanghai Triumph Energy Conservation Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘STEC’). The WHRPP was successfully completed and started power generation on May 16th, 2019, 18:50 Turkish local time.
Sanko Group is one of the largest Cement Group in Turkey. This project is supplying 5MW waste heat power generation system for Bartin Cement 3750t/d cement clinker line. Starting from the contract effective date, with great support of company leadership, all staff in this project made concerted effort to create favorable conditions for system start-up. It only took incredible 13 months for the project completion, which marks 3 months in advance than the contract period. Right after power start-up, the system went into performance test immediately with “zero defect” and was entirely handed over to the final client with successful achievement of performance test on 31stMay 2019.
Bartin Cement 5MW WHRPP contributed brilliant economic benefits with 35,640,000kWh power annually for Turkey Sanko Group, as well as created excellent social values in local energy conservation and environment protection fields, which enhanced the social power of Sanko Group in Turkey.
