Heilongjiang Binzhou Cement Co., Ltd. is one of the large-sized cement production enterprises of North Cement in Northeast China, and also a major investment promotion project of Heilongjiang Province. The project is the WHR project of 5,000t/d+4,500t/d cement clinker production lines, with a system installed capacity of 2X9,000kW. The contract adopts the general contracting mode, and the project was started on March, 15, 2014. Currently the project is in its peak installation period, and is estimated to be put into production in October, 2014.
